With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Oliver — a tiny soul with a heart bigger than the world. Though small in size, Oliver was overflowing with love, personality, and a joy for life that touched everyone who met him.

Oliver was incredibly emotionally intuitive. He seemed to understand feelings without a word spoken and offered comfort simply by being near. He loved deeply and freely, greeting both familiar faces and new friends with the same warm enthusiasm.

He found his greatest joys in life’s simple pleasures — his beloved Lamb Chop toy, exciting adventures, hiking trails, car rides, and of course vanilla soft serve ice cream or whipped cream “creamies.” Treats were serious business, and the only time you’d hear his passionate voice was when he felt more snacks were absolutely necessary. We often joked that if a robber ever broke in, Oliver would happily direct them to the treat cabinet in exchange for a snack.

Oliver had a playful spirit that kept our home filled with laughter. His random zoomies and laps around the house brought constant giggles. He learned how to unwrap Christmas presents, sang along sweetly to the harmonica, and had the most adorable Chewbacca-like growl during playtime. He gave the very best kisses and loved with his whole being.

Oliver leaves behind his devoted paw-rents, Heather and Jason Miller, who cherished him beyond measure. He also leaves behind his loving Auntie Jill, Uncle Ray, his “kids” Andrea and Brandon, and his fur cousin Aurora, whom he loved to cuddle and spend time with. He shared special bonds with Grandma and Grandpa Miller. He adored spending time with Logan, Riley, and Aiden, and his fur sister Olalla. Along with many more friends and loved ones, all were blessed to know his gentle heart.

Oliver will be missed immensely. His paw prints are forever imprinted on our hearts, and his love will continue to guide us. Though our home feels quieter, his spirit will always run joyful laps in our memories.

Run free, sweet Oliver. You will be loved always.
